Priced for growing practices
Many tools jump you to a pricier $99–155 group plan and bill $50–74 per added provider. NuBloom's base doesn't climb as you add providers. Added seats are $33–39/mo, and your billing and read-only staff are always free. Interns log clinical hours against the visits they attended for a supervisor to verify, and owners can see who changed what and who opened which chart.
NuBloom's base includes the first billable seat. Owner, admin, provider, and intern roles count; billing and read-only staff are free. Competitor totals use the same number as provider or practitioner seats.

Insurance checks
Insurance checks need an active paid subscription. Not every insurer can be checked.
$0.75 for each completed check. No checks are included in a plan.
Checks started by staff, by Patients in the portal and by automatic re-checks are all billed to the practice.

An owner or admin turns on billing for checks and sets a monthly spending limit. Until then, checks don’t run.
A completed check returns active or inactive coverage. An inactive answer counts too. Failed checks, reused results and duplicate requests are not charged.
Each person is checked separately. Checking both a parent and baby is two checks.
Checks are billed monthly in arrears for each calendar month, separately from the plan, whether it is monthly or annual.
A check does not guarantee that the visit or provider is covered, or what the Patient will owe.
Claim filing pricing
Claim filing
Send primary and secondary professional claims to payers electronically through a clearinghouse. Your team approves each claim before NuBloom sends it.
Sending claims needs an active paid subscription, so it is not part of the free trial. Some payers also require enrollment before they accept claims.
$1.25 for each claim the clearinghouse accepts for processing.
Acknowledgments, claim status follow-up, ERA (electronic remittance) retrieval and posting, attachments, and paper delivery when the clearinghouse mails a claim to the payer are included.

An owner or admin accepts the claim filing terms, turns on claim filing billing, and sets a monthly limit. New claim sends stop when accepted and pending claims reach the limit.
Drafts, claims stopped by NuBloom's checks, claims the clearinghouse rejects, claims you file elsewhere or track manually, and superbills are not charged. A corrected or replacement claim counts as a new claim. A void of a processed claim is not charged, and neither is a correction NuBloom confirms was needed to prevent harm or to fix a NuBloom error.
Claim fees are billed monthly in arrears on a separate claim filing invoice, apart from the plan, whether it is monthly or annual.
Tertiary claims are not supported, and NuBloom does not generate CMS-1500 or UB-04 forms. Tracking claims you file elsewhere stays included in the plan.
The fee is for the accepted submission. A later payer denial or zero payment does not refund it, and sending a claim does not guarantee payment.
