PracticeQ, formerly IntakeQ, is a general practice management platform with dynamic forms, questionnaires, scheduling, payments, and clearinghouse integrations.
PracticeQ's published materials describe customizable forms rather than the pre-built lactation exams, scoring tools, and billing catalog included in NuBloom. Practices that need unusual forms may prefer that flexibility.
NuBloom includes lactation charting, billing codes, and a clinical intake that changes with a Patient's pregnancy, birth, and feeding answers. Patients can complete that intake in the portal; required consent and privacy documents can be signed during booking. Practices can add intake questions, build scored assessments for visit notes, and create document templates or import a Word file. NuBloom also sends supported primary and secondary claims electronically from a finalized superbill. PracticeQ gives you more freedom to design an unusual form from the ground up.
